Our Story

Amano was born out of the love and passion for authentic yet creative and unapologetic foods of three high-school friends. Our head chef and co-founder, Phuc Vo, developed a passion for neo-neapolitan pizzas after his time studying and working in Australia, Peru and Indonesia.

As our motto “Neapolitan pizzas with local twists” goes, our menu blends seamlessly influences from local cuisine into our signature dishes and pizza flavors. We look to satisfy and impress purists and non-traditional eaters alike. As a young team, our journey has just begun, and we can not wait to continue growing and sharing our story and ideas to the world, one dish at a time.
